We use the standard Xero reporting features which are very responsive, analytical and customizable. We will also customize 3 reports for your business (in addition to comprehensive standard reports) with the existing Xero features. 

Yes... The 1on1 support is really unlimited. 

It does have some guidelines.

According to the service you received, your dedicated bookkeeper or tax preparer provides unlimited 1on1 "online" support.

You can send unlimited questions and requests through our online system, in writing, and your bookkeeper/tax preparer will reply latest in 2 business days - s/he usually replies far sooner.

If you receive only bookkeeping services, the support questions may only be related to your actual financial books, payroll (if included in your package), integrations with Xero and financial reports; we do not cover Virtual CFO/advisory services or tax related questions as part of the unlimited 1on1 online support.

Beyond our expert tax filing, we provide $1M Tax Audit Defense and Identity Theft Restoration service via our 3rd party insurance partner. Tax notice, audit or identity theft? Don't worry, we've got you covered. 

We have made pricing affordable and simple so that it only grows as you grow.

Accounting is a service and though we automate it to the maximum, there are still manual checks and balances to be completed by your bookkeeper.

If you have more than 2 bank, PSP and/or card accounts, hold inventories, prefer accrual accounting (vs. cash accounting) or a few other requirements, then our pricing will differ and we will build custom pricing based on your operations.

Initial Plan pricing is guaranteed for your first 3 months (with the above criteria), during which we measure your gross revenue or expenses (whichever is higher). Then if needed, we adjust your monthly pricing to the below scale based on your average last 3 months gross revenue (last 3 months gross revenue / 3 x 12 months):

• $389/m    up to $250k annual gross revenue or expenses (whichever is higher)
• $689/m    $251k - $500k
• $889/m    $501k - $1mil
• $1249/m  $1mil - $2mil

In addition, we charge a one-time fee ($450) for setting up your Xero account. This fee covers the time it takes our team to set up your account, and includes guidance through the process.

Welcome to our most favored service because as an online business owner, you will be served directly by our experienced client managers, who know your business and speak the same "business language" as you. This is not an accountancy discussion, this is strictly business.

As you know by now, we only serve online business owners, like you, our client managers have loads of experience, benchmarks, and best  practices in your type of business.

The service is provided during a 1hr call directly with your client manager every month and you can decide on the agenda. You can even set this up as an online team meeting, with as many of your team members or guests as you like.

You can also use your client manager's time to negotiate with some of your vendors, on your behalf, or work on a cash flow forecast with you.

You can expect very valuable insights and recommendations but please do not expect any miracles. Your virtual CFO advisor is like any hiring decision you make and you hire your virtual CFO for 1hr per month.

We believe (by client examples) that you will get multiples of return from your investment.

This plan requires a 12 months commitment. Alternatively, you can add hourly CFO calls any time, without any commitments, for $399/m as a bookkeeping client or $499/m independently.

Bookkeeping is a must-have service (no chance of ditching it) but... The bigger value addition and growth comes with planning for the future.

This service is provided once per calendar year and is never too late or early to start:

• We provide budgeting templates with guidance
• In your monthly virtual CFO call, you can choose to review the budgets made by you and have input, insights
• Once you are done, we upload your budgets to provide you with detailed tracking reports.

This is the bread and butter of managing a profitable business. The owners have full visibility of their business KPI's.

This service is fully customized for your business and we do all the heavy lifting:

• We provide monthly advanced and detailed reports.
• The budgets, cash flow forecasts are loaded by us, from the budget templates completed by you.
• We can also define specific financial KPI's for your business*.
• For non-financial KPI's, your virtual CFO helps* you define them and we integrate with your other systems, if possible.

Annual subscription is the most favored pricing plan, reducing your average monthly fee by 10%.

Annual plans are non-cancelable! The main reason we provide the 10% discount is for your trust in us to stay for the full one year.

You can always start the annual plan - just let us know 30 days in advance.

During your annual subscription, if the last 3 months average expenses exceed your limit*, we upgrade and charge you for the remaining months only - and yes, with the 10% discount applied.

Canceling your monthly service is very easy. Just send us a note at [email protected] or drop an in-app message to your bookkeeper 30 days in advance of canceling.

We will deliver your current monthly books, send your financial reports and cancel (or transfer to you) your Xero subscription.
